Chicken meatballs

Today I show you how to make chicken meatballs, which are very tasty and easy to prepare. These are much healthier than than those  pork meatballs, because chicken is a lean meat with little fat. A big plus is the fact that they are made in the oven, so there are not  fried in oil, which makes them perfect because they are low in calories.

You do not need too many ingredients to cook these chicken meatballs, of course, you can add spices and flavors at your choice. I used ingredients that I am sure that each of you have in your kitchen.

INGREDIENTS
500 gr. ground chicken meat
1 carrot
1 egg
5 minced garlic cloves
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs (you can replace it with flour or soaked bread)
parsley (to taste)
salt & pepper

PREPARATION
Method of preparation is simple: in a bowl put the ground chicken meat and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Form the chicken balls. Grease hands with oil before forming them. Put the meatballs on a tray lined with parchment paper greased with olive oil and leave them in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 30-35 minutes at low heat. Meatballs are ready when they start to brown.

Once they are cooked, leave them to cool, then serve.
