If I were to have a motto, it would be: give me an avocado and are happy! Those close to me know that I really like this miracle fruit. Last year on St. Nicholas I received 2 avocados from friend of mine, not knowing what to buy me on my name day. It was more than perfect.
I eat avocado almost every day: in a smoothie, in a salad, snack or even in a cake. This time I used it for a creamy sauce. It’s a yogurt sauce which can be used as a salad dressing or in the different recipes that require a cold sauce. A true delight!
Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS
3-4 tablespoons of yogurt (I used a 0.1% fat, but you can also choose a yogurt with greater amount of fat or a Greek yogurt)
½ avocado
1 garlic clove
salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION
To make this sauce you will need a food processor or a vertical blender.
Put all the ingredients listed above in a food processor and blend them for a few seconds until a creamy result.
I’ve used this sauce on a super tasty broccoli pancakes, which went along perfectly. See recipe for pancakes with broccoli HERE
Hope you like it! 🙂
