Can you believe these cookies are made of only 3 ingredients? Moreover, I didn’t use ingredients like flour, sugar, butter, eggs or dairy products. It seems impossible, but they came out very tasty and they are also healthy. Who doesn’t want some guilt free snacks, isn’t it?
The basic ingredients in this recipe are: oats, bananas and raisins, to which I also added cinnamon and coconut flakes for a special taste. Oats are a source of complex carbohydrates (good carbohydrates) that provide energy to the body, but also fiber that gives you a feeling of satiety. The role of bananas and raisins in this recipe is to sweeten the cookies, which is why you no longer need to add sugar or any other sweetener.
Most people feel guilty after eating those cookies full of sugar and other fake flavors from the stores, but that’s no longer the case, so here’s how you can make your own delicious cookies at home without effort!
INGREDIENTS (for 12 biscuits)
1 cup of fine oats (250-300 gr.)
2 large bananas
2-3 tablespoons of raisins
Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 spoonful of coconut flakes
Put the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. In the same bowl add the oats, raisins, cinnamon and coconut flakes. Mix to combine.
On a tray lined with baking sheet, put a spoon of the composition and press easily down with the spoon so they can take the shape of round cookies. They don’t have to be perfectly rounded. Leave in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, until they brown at the surface.

These biscuits are goes perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee, a glass of milk, they are perfect as a snack packed at school, college or work.
