One way I like to benefit from all the nutrients from fruits and vegetables is turning them into smoothies. I’ve been saying to you that smoothie are my favorite drinks which I like to start my almost every day.
For mornings full of energy, try a smoothie with banana and blackcurrant! A creamy and delicious smoothie that is quickly and easy to make.
Black currants are also part of the category of so-called super-foods that should be incorporated into a healthy and balanced diet. These fruits are full of antioxidants, rich in vitamins (C, E, B6, B1) and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium).
Here is my banana and blackcurrant-banana smoothie!

INGREDIENTS
200g frozen black currants
1 banana
4-5 tablespoons of yogurt
Optional: chia seeds, coconut flakes

PREPARATION
Do you have a blender? Perfect! Put all ingredients in a blender and blend them until it becomes a smooth drink.
This banana and black currant smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go or as a tasty and refreshing drink during the day.
