This is a recipe from that category that we all know and souds like this: it is so good that you don’t want to share it with anyone. Salmon with mango and avocado salsa seems a sophisticated and fancy recipe, but you have to trust me that it’s not like that.
For a few years I tried to avoid salmon because I didn’t have good experiences with it. Every time I ate it, small spots appeared on my skin and I said: Yup, I am allergic at salmon meat. But Why? Why at salmon, which is considered one of the most healthy and tasty fish: it contains a high amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, it is full of vitamins (D, B) and minerals (potassium, phosphorus, sodium) that bring health benefits.
How I prepared this recipe? I spotted the salmon in the supermarket and ran to pay it. I came home: ,,What should I do with you, salmon?” Then I remembered a recipe I read a while ago and I said I must give it a try.
Here’s what came out!

salt, pepper, olive oil

PREPARATION
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, sprinkle it with lemon juice and put it in a preheated oven at 180 ° on a tray with baking sheet and greased with a little olive oil. Leave in the oven for 10-12 mins, turning it on one side and on the other halfway through.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the salsa. Cut avocado in half, peel it, then cut it into smaller pieces. Sprinkle it with lemon juice. Cut and mango, onion and red pepper into small pieces and put them over the avocado. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
Once the salmon is ready, place it on a plate and put it near or over it a few tablespoons of salsa and enjoy this super-mega-delicious meal.
