My first chia seed pudding recipe was a real success, so I came back with another recipe: chia pudding with three different layers. Sooo yuuumy!
I can not believe the recipe that the chia pudding I showed you for the first time on this blog is the most read and appreciated recipe! And as I promised to show you another version, I thought that it has to be something special.
This 3 layered chia pudding is a dream. A combination of great tastes of which you will fall in love instantly. The layeres have one thing in common. They are sweetened with a banana and I didn’t add another sweetener (it’s up to you if you want to add sugar or other sweetner). We have a layer of chocolate, a simple layer with banana flavour and a sweet and sour layer of currant.
Mmmmm, let’s see the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
Base:
5-6 tablespoons of chia seed
250 ml. milk (vegan or regular milk)
For the three layers:
1 banana
3 tablespoons of blackcurrant
1 tablespoon of karob powder (or cocoa powder)
coconut flakes (Optional)

PREPARATION
Put the chia seeds and 200 ml. milk in a bowl. Stir for 1-2 minutes, then leave the bowl in the refrigerator 2-3 hours or best overnight.
Once the chia seeds have absorbed all the liquid, mash a banana with the fork, then put it in the pudding and mix. Divide the composition into 3 bowls.
In the first bowl leave the pudding simple, in the second bowl put the karob powder/cocoa powder and mix. In the third bowl put the blackcurrants, which you turned them into a paste with a blender. Mix. Put the 3 different color puddings in a glass or bowl and sprinkle some coconut flakes on top.
It’s absolutely D E L I C I O U S!
